Biography

Born to Mr and Mrs Benedict Ukwu as their first Son and third child of the marriage, I attended Ugborimili Primary School Fegge, Onitsha, Anambra state where I grew up. Afterwards, I attended community secondary school Awo Idemili in Orsu LGA of Imo state, between 1984 and 1990. I studied Animal Science and Technology at the Federal University of Technology Owerri and graduated in 1998. After the mandatory service year (NYSC) at Edo state by the year 2000, I operated privately as a Veterinary Pharmaceutical products Marketer of Pantex Bv Holland in Southeast Nigeria for a period of 3 years, established a Consultant firm on Agro-service provision and poultry production in southeast Nigeria, and managed privately owned broiler breeder farm until the appointment as teaching staff in FUTO.
