Biography

Born to the family of Pa Vitalis Alozie Kammah & Ezinne (Golden Mother) Anna Alozie Kammah of the blessed memory in the year of the Lord,1962, 22nd May. In 1967, I was enrolled in the famous Local Authority School (L. A. School) Umuoma Onicha, where the Nigerian Biafran war disrupted my early education. After the war in 1970, I continued schooling at ST. Theresa’s School  Umuhu Onicha, where I obtained the first school leaving certificate in 1972, in 1973 I proceeded to Mbaise Secondary School, Mbaise, and later in 1978 to Bishop Shanahan College, Orlu, where I obtained the West African School Certificates in 1977& 1978 respectively.

In 1979 I got admission to the University of Calabar, Cross- River State, where I obtained the Bachelor of Science Honours in Physics (B.Sc (Hons) in 1983. As a result of my employment with the Imo State Secondary Education Management Board,  I enrolled for the Post Graduate Diploma in Education at the University of Port-Harcult and obtained PGDE, in 1988. In 1996, I proceeded to the Federal University of Technology, Owerri,  where I obtained the Master of Science Degree (Ms.c) in Solid State Physics and Materials Science, in 2001. I proceeded to the University of Port-Harcult, River State for the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D) studies in Materials Science, which is yet to be completed.

I had thought of the Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Owerri, both as part-Time and full-Time Lecturer, and on the First of March, 2005, I was employed as an Assistant Lecturer by the Federal University of Technology, Owerri.

I have up to 16 publications in both local and foreign Journals.

I am happily married to Lady Chinyere Pauline Alozie. PHONE NO: 07062629186, Email: aloziechinyere2@gmail.com. The marriage has produced seven sweet Children, three boys, and four girls. Address of next of kin: Olyfid Estate Oliver Osuchukwu Crescent, Ebikoro Umuoba Urratta, Owerri North L.G.A.

I am a Knight of ST. Mulumba, Nigeria, and a member of many professional organizations.
