Mbah Emmanuel Onwukwe has about six years working experience as a lecturer II the Department of Petroleum Engineering, Federal University, Owerri where he currently lectures undergraduates, and postgraduate diploma computation of results, the organization of seminars and seminar defence. Also, I also engage in teaching, supervision of projects and research work.

RESPONSIBILITY: Follow-up condition and ensure accuracy of all metering systems; Ensure that periodical meter proving, prover loop and tank/vessel calibrations are carried out according to the Department of Petroleum Resources requirements and the certifications of same, duly approved by same regulatory body, Detect the anomalies of the metering units/ systems; Initiates adequate corrective actions,
