Mr. Raphael Anayo Onyeji is a native of Ndiokereke village in Ideato North L.G.A, Imo State. He studied in Imo State University, Owerri and holds M.A and B.A degree in Philosophy all from the same University. He joined the services of FUTO in 2013 as an Assistant Academic Planning Officer. 

He is married to Mrs. Meeky Onyeji and the marriage is blessed with two (2) children. Mr. Raphael is a Christian and a great lover of football.
