UKWUJIAGU MARVIN CHINEDU, Is currently a Principal Technologist in Petroleum Engineering Department, Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO). His objective is toMaximize his potentials to make a difference in his profession by working with the best, learning from the best and sharing the best that l know with others”. He is a self-motivated individual. A team player that is able to work under pressure and achieve positive results.

Principal Accountabilities

  1. Engage in the implementation of the HSE-MS within the Line/Asset; providing guidance and support in its proper usa
  2. Contribute in the development of the Asset’s HSE Plan as per Project/operational requirements and enforce conformity through regular monitoring and participating in remedial actions.
  3. Interface with the HSE team leader, contractors’ HSE advisors (including well engineering contracts) and the Asset – to improve lateral learnings.
  4. Promote the use of safety behavioural tools such as STOP in the asset/project, manage data to improve safety behaviour of staff.
  5. Communicate relevant HSE initiates, Government legislatives and HSE lateral learnings to the Asset in order to raise awareness, encourage continuous learning and behavioral changes.
