Biography

Engr. Dr. Jeffrey O. Oseh is an academic staff member in the School of Engineering and Engineering Technology (SEET) of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in the Petroleum Engineering Department at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in 2020 and has been an academic staff member for over 9 years. He started his teaching career in the Department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering at Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria, on October 11, 2013 as a Lecturer II. He joined the Petroleum Engineering Department of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria, as Lecturer 1 on December 7, 2020. He has a B.Eng. Degree in Chemical Engineering from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria (2005) and an M.Sc. Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria (2011). His research involves the application of nanoparticles and polymer nanocomposites in a drilling fluid system for the enhancement of drilling operations. He currently has over 40 refereed journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters. He currently works as a faculty member in the Petroleum Engineering Department of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria.
