Chimezie Nwoke Nathaniel hails from Obowo LGA Imo State. He obtained his BSc degree from the Department of Geography and Environmental Management, Faculty of Environmental Sciences, Imo State University, Owerri. His MSc degree was obtained from the Department of Climatology, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
