Ikenna Ellis Edom was born 12th June, to the family of Arc Chief & Lolo Geoffrey Edom of Elugwu, Ogboza in Ideato LGA of Imo State. He was raised alongside six sisters in a family with strong moral background, and this guided and controlled his lifestyle up till this moment. Most parts of his young days were spent at Prefab Housing Estate Aladinma Owerri. His flare and unadulterated participation in football and other sporting activities earned him the nickname ‘Whiteman’. Whiteman attended Government College Owerri from 1995-2001, and in 2002, he enrolled to study Architecture at Federal Polytechnic Nekede. After his ND program in Architecture, he moved to Imo State University Owerri via direct entry to further his academic pursuit in Architecture. Having bagged a bachelor’s degree (B Sc.) in Architecture, he was posted to Abuja for National Youth Service. There, he worked with a couple of architectural firms and gathered more experience in construction. Subsequently, he was admitted to study M Sc. Architecture at University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus. Upon completion of his master’s program, he was gainfully employed at reliance Power and Energy Services Ltd as a site architect for 3 years, and this boosted his experience in construction and project management. In 2015, he married a very beautiful woman. So far, God has blessed the union with 3 male children. He’s current staff in the Department of Architecture, Federal University of Technology Owerri.
