Biography

Dr Nwaogu is a Biochemist, interested in Biochemical and Environmental Toxicology. I have used biochemical tools to investigate the effects of some environmental pollutants [crude oil and its refined products, Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs), heavy metals and Gas flares] on living organisms (plants) especially Riped guava (Psidium guajava), Fluted pumpkin (Telfaria occidentalis), LocalGreen (Amaranthus hybridus)leaves and (animals) especially Albino rats, the Native fowl (Gallusdomesticus) and Humans. I have over 81 publications of my findings in these areas in both Local and International Journals.
