I Mrs Ijeoma Chidinma Amadi was born in the year 1977 to the family of late Mr Clifford Ikpeazu Nosiri and Mrs Virgina Chizomam Nosiri of Obazu Mbeiri in Mbaitoli Local Government Area of Imo State. My primary School Education was at Community Primary School Obazu Mbeiri and finished at Orogbum State School PortHarcourt. My secondary Education was at Frank Commercial College Enugu. I later attended higher Education at Imo state University where I obtained my B Sc. In Government and Public Administration. I am married and blessed with children.
