Biography

 

Chinedu Chidinma Nwachukwu, is a Professor of Project Management Technology with specialization in Real Estate Project Management. Full time lecturer, FUTO. Former visiting Professor, Department of Estate Management and Valuation, UNIZIK, ESUT, IMSU and Project option ESUT Business School Enugu. Former HOD PMT and Estate Management and Valuation (EMV), FUTO. B.SC Estate Management 2nd class upper, ESUT.  M.SC and PH.D Project Management PMT, FUTO. Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer (RSV), Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and valuers (ANIVS). Fellow, Chartered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria (CIPMN). Fellow, Institute of Corporate Resource Management (FCRMI). Estate Officer between 1994 and 2001 in Alvan Ikoku Federal University of Education, Owerri.  Resource person to NBTE accreditation visitations in our Nigerian Polytechnics and NUC accreditation to Nigeria Universities. Published more than fifty researched papers, written four academic books and attended more than 40 academic and professional conferences.
