Biography

Emenyonu, Christopher A. (PhD) is a senior lecturer (Prima facie case established for associate professor) in the Department of Agricultural Economics, Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO), with a special interest in Agric Policy and Development Economics. He has received several awards among which include; Participant with the Highest Intelligent Quotient (IQ) Wageningen University, The Netherlands; Agriculture in Transition, Design and Management of Sustainable Farming Systems, 2007 and Research Grantee (Co-researcher) Trust Africa/ Investment Climate and Business Environment Research Fund (ICBE /IDRC/CRDI/2012), Dakar, Senegal (funding youth entrepreneurship in SMEs: A panacea for youth unemployment in Niger Delta Nigeria). Has over 36 journal articles in both local and international peer-reviewed journals. Happily married with kids.
