Biography

My name is Mrs Ekezie Keyna Nkeiruka, an Assistant Lecturer, Department of Management Technology, School of Management Technology, Federal University of Technology, Owerri. She was an effective time manager. She has the following abilities: to learn fast, impact knowledge, manage finance and stress, quick analytical mind and adapt to any working environment. This aroused my desire of how to proffer solutions to employees’ work-life conflict by assisting them to develop strategies for coping with work-life conflict which increases job commitment, satisfaction and performance thus enhancing human resource management.

She enjoys being part of a successful, leading and productive team. I am quick to understand new ideas, concepts and to develop innovational and creative solutions to problems especially in teaching/lecturing as well as in financial matters.
