  • Generating standard mechanical, piping and pipeline detailed engineering design deliverables for varied projects; Early Gas Supply Project (EGSP), Liquid hydrocarbon and Associated Gas pipeline from Soku flow station to Soku Gas plant, Kolocreek to Soku Non-Associated Gas pipeline project in accordance with the project schedule using the software.

  • Preparation of project proposals with quantitative risk assessment (QRA) & cost estimating methodologies.


  • Coordinating interdisciplinary preparatory project review meetings involving client, suppliers and subcontractors. Also participated in QRA, hazard identification (HAZID), hazard operability analysis (HAZOP) and independent design review for varied EPC projects.


  • Generating mechanical design calculations, specifications, procedures and analysis for Pig traps, Slug catchers, Scrubber&knock out drums sizing, corrosion inhibition package dozing rate for end facilities and pipelines wall thickness & concrete coating thickness calculations for pipelines.


  • Pipeline stress and upheaval buckling analysis, cathodic protection design analysis, corrosion monitoring systems design (corrosion coupons), pipeline/riser installation analysis, pipeline alignment sheets plotting and interpretations.


  • Reviewing non-destructive examination requirements for piping/pipeline, pipeline repairs and inspection.


  • Generation of diesel shell tank thickness calculating software using API 650 code, pipe concrete coating thickness calculating software using ISO 21809-5 in excel, including detailed estimating of material take-offs from varied projects achieving set targets with minimal cost.


  • Coordinating pipeline integrity checks, verification and establishment of new/existing facilities tie-in interface point to accomplish reliable and effective production surveillance at Soku Gas Plant, establishing the most viable approach for tie-ins.
