Biography

Sally is a public health specialist and lectures Public Health at the Department of Public Health Technology, School of Health Technology, and the Federal University of Technology Owerri. She attended various Universities in Nigeria and Europe for her educational pursuits in various disciplines. Sally has managed various European Union Micro Project Programs and other World Bank Assisted Projects. She is a consultant to many local and international agencies and is vast in Civil Society Organization and Management. Sally is a recipient of many merit awards of excellence and for selfless service, an International Ambassador for Peace and also a Justice of the Peace.
