Clearance for Students with any Perceived Problem

FUTO Students Clearance

In the efforts to clear all problems relating to students payments and registrations, we have noticed that many of the students do not have matriculation numbers still, more especially older students of years 3, 4 and 5.  These students fall into three categories.

CATEGORY I

Students whose O’Level result has not been verified yet and they decided to ignore it and continue with their studies.  As a result, they do not have a matriculation number.

CATEGORY II

Those who deliberately did not want to pay school fees in the past.

CATEGORY III

Those students that were admitted through Direct Entry and their Transcripts are yet to be received and therefore have not completed the admission process.

REQUEST

The ICT Centre is requesting the Deans of Schools to help coordinate the departments under them to send to us the list of the students that fell into any of the above-mentioned categories and to also inform such students to visit the ICT Centre from February 12th to 15th between the hours of 11.00 am to 3.00 pm daily to clear their problems.
