Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) Programmes Announcement

The Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Procurement, Environmental and Social Standards (CE-sPESS), FUTO has announced the call for applications into its Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) programmes for Batch C of the 2024/2025 academic session.

Available Programmes

Qualified candidates are invited to apply for the following PGD programmes:

• Procurement Management – Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Procurement Management.
• Sustainable Environmental Studies – Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Sustainable Environmental Studies.
• Sustainable Social Development – Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Sustainable Social Development.

General Admission Requirements

To be eligible for the PGD programmes, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess at least five (5) O’ Level credits, including Mathematics and English Language.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (minimum of Third Class) in a relevant field from a recognized university.
• Alternatively, candidates with a Higher National Diploma (HND) with a minimum of Credit in Natural or Applied Sciences, Agriculture, Social Sciences, or Engineering may be considered.

Programme Duration & Delivery

• Duration: 12 months
• Delivery: Lectures will be delivered online via FUTO LMS, while examinations, seminars, and workshops will be held physically on campus.

Tuition & Fees

• The programme is tuition-free for Civil/Public Servants.
• Other applicants will be required to pay municipal and other charges as per FUTO’s postgraduate fee structure.

Aptitude Test & Application Process

Applicants will be required to take an online Aptitude Test on Thursday, 13th March 2025. Further details, including test requirements and application guidelines, are available on the Centre’s website.
