• Call for Paper/Abstract: Now open till 16th April, 2025
• Accepted Abstract Notification: 30th April, 2025
• Full paper submission: 5th May, 2025

CALL FOR SCIENTIFIC PAPERS POSTER PRESENTATION

All recordings for virtual presentations and manuscripts for publication in the book of proceedings/presentations and posters for presentations should be submitted electronically to:

EMAIL: seet.conference@futo.edu.ng (with evidence of 5000 naira manuscript handling fee)

Preparation of manuscripts to be submitted for publication in the book of conference proceedings should follow the under listed format.

1. Five page limitations, (A4), show casing.
2. Abstracts (Not more than 200 words in Garamond font 11, single spacing) followed by keywords (not more than 5 keywords, first letter capitalized).
3. Introduction (Garamond font 11 with single spacing).
4. Materials and methods (Garamond font 11 with single spacing).
5. Results and Discussion (Garamond font 11 with single spacing, maximum of two tables or one table and one figure).
6. Conclusion (Garamond font 11 with single spacing).
7. Acknowledgment (where necessary, Garamond font 11 with single spacing).
8. References (Harvard style of referencing should be adopted).

NOTE

1. Submitted conference paper must not exceed 5 A4 pages with single spacing.
2. Tables must not exceed 2 tables or one table and one figure or 2 figures.
